Sake Salon with “Tenryo”

6th “Sake Salon” will offer you a chance to taste a sake from deep Gifu.
Matasuke Uenoda, the 9th generation kuramoto of Tenryo-shuzo (Gero, Gifu) will be the guest.
With his experience of working in the US for several years, he is trying to bring a new phase to this brewery with long history.
Gifu is a mountainous land, which means it is blessed with plenty volume of clean natural water. That is true for Tenryo-shuzo. It’s super-soft natural water characterizes the quality of sake.
John Gauntner will be with you to explain about the charm of this attractive brewery.
