Sake Salon with John Gauntner and “Izumibashi”
To enjoy sake world with sake lovers
Sake2020 Project have started an open salon for those who are interested in sake.
The salon will be open basically once a month at the newly opened JSS Information Center in Toranomon（虎ノ門）with certain topic which will attract your interests. We invite a brewerer every time to listen to their story and to taste their precious sake.
Let’s join us and share the time with nice sake and talk! The seats are limited for about 20 people, so please reply in a hurry if you would like to join.

World famous sake journalist and co-founder of Sake2020 Project John Gauntner will coordinate the salon and share the time with you. You will be overwhelmed by his vast knowledge about sake.
A very unique brewery from Kanagawa “Izumibashi” is the main topic this time. They are unique for growing various types of rice around their brewery. President Yuichi Hashiba will offer their sake with talks about their brewery. Light meal will be served with sake.
